Abstract
ESR spectra of sea shells are clearly distinct from those of unirradiated shells. They present a characteristic line, with a g value corresponding to the crystalline structure of the shell. Three groups can be considered depending on the aragonite/calcite composition.


Résumé
Les spectres de RPE de coquilles ionisées sont facilement discernables de ceux des témoins. Ils présentent une raie additionnelle caractéristique, dont le facteur g est lié à la structure cristalline de la coquille. Trois groupes peuvent être distingués selon le taux d'aragonite et de calcite.
