Bioelectrochemistry : human serum albumin-benzodiazepine binding

The binding of two benzodiazepines with Human Serum Albumin was studied by employing an A.C. polarographic method. The affinity constants and number of sites are reported in physiological conditions. Also thermodynamics parameters were calculated.
The reproductibility of the method was good (CV = 2.1 %).
Résumé
L’interaction de deux benzodiazepines avec l’albumine humaine a été étudiée en employant une méthode polarographique en courant alternatif.
Les constantes d’affinités et le nombre de sites ont été calculés ainsi que les paramètres thermodynamiques
La reproductibilité de la méthode est bonne (CV = 2.1 %).
