The infrared spectra of the cyclic peptides [math]2 and [math]2 have been studied at room temperature and at low temperature. An interpretation of the low temperature spectra has been attempted with the help of a normal frequencies calculation on the model molecule LMeAla-DLac2 using a force field transferred from simpler molecules.
Résumé
On a étudié les spectres infrarouges des peptides cycliques [math]2 et [math]2 à 298° K et à basse température. On a essayé une interprétation des spectres à basse température par l'aide d'un calcul des fréquences normales de vibration d'une molécule modèle LMeAla-DLac2, en employant un champ de force transféré de molécules plus simples.
